YUOR must generate revenue sufficient to ensure sustainability, without violating our Core Values. Over time YUOR will achieve this goal by developing an e-Commerce marketplace where individual entrepreneurs, mid size, and large service providers can offer their services. This approach ensures that YUOR’s members’ personal information is never exploited or monetized while enabling shared-economy commerce, and local economic prosperity.
As per our Core Values the need to maintain the most broadly accepted level of ethic standards is paramount to YUOR’s ongoing successful adoption and use by the global community. To this end; YUOR has adopted a foundational set of Core Value that are widely accepted across numerous cultures, and ethnic backgrounds. We at YUOR recognize that value systems can vary over time and are dependent on many variables, but believe that all humans share these common values.
To ensure we maintain this approach and YUOR is never coopted by greed which other platforms have succumb to, the Office of the Chief Ethics Officer was established and entrenched in the company’s bylaws to ensure independent oversight at the highest level within the company. In plain language: YUOR never prioritizes profit ahead of the fundamental wellbeing of the people who use and trust YUOR.
